Join our fourth annual ‘Pass to Play’ event for youth athletes

Get a pre-participation physical examination required for playing school sports. This year we’re offering two new optional screenings as part of the Pass to Play exam: baseline concussion screening by Golden State Orthopedics & Spine, and cardiac screening provided in collaboration with American Medical Response (AMR) and the Darius Jones Foundation. Select vendors will be on hand throughout the event with giveaways for participants.

When: Saturday, July 30, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Where: GSOS Redwood Building, 2625 Shadelands Drive, Walnut Creek, CA 94598
Fee: $30*

*All proceeds from this event are donated back to each student’s school athletic program, and a copy of the exam will be sent to the student athlete’s personal physician. To date, GSOS has donated more than $7,000 back to area athletic programs.
