Community Blood Drive

Impact of hot weather on your joints
If you suffer from joint pain, you may have already noticed the impact from the warmer temperatures. While you cannot control the weather, make sure that during the hotter months you stay hydrated and make up for the fluid the body loses while sweating. This will help reduce joint pain. |
