After an injury from any kind of sport (or non-sport in fact), time is of the essence to seek care. If you have been injured at a sporting event and are in pain or unsure how severe your injury is, please come immediately to our urgent care during opening hours.

If you have pain and swelling, immediate application of ice or cold packs with a tighly wound T-shirt or scarf may help control bleeding or inflammation.
